When a traumatic event like the attack on the U.S. Capitol happens, it can take me weeks, months, and years to process. I think the same may be true for you. I also find it’s our tendency as a U.S. culture to forget or perhaps gloss over the negative in order to focus on the positive. So, let’s not do that. Let’s not forget. Let’s not gloss over.
And – at the same time – let’s not overwhelm our senses with the massive amount of information, sights, and sounds. I invite you to take your time with these resources. Allow them to inform your mind, twist your gut, and break your heart… slowly.
